Our black tea blends consists of tea leaves directly from the authentic tea gardens of Assam which are renowned world over for its distinctive rich flavour & savoury aroma.
50% of the tea produced in India comes from the state of Assam. Nutrient-rich lowlands in the valley of Brahmaputra River combined with humid and cool weather of the region makes it perfect for cultivation of Camellia sinensis var. Assamica the native tea variant distinct to this region which gives it a malty flavour and bright colour which you will find in most of our breakfast tea blends.
Our tea blending process involves formulating & testing variants of tea leaves to get a perfect mix of faster brewing time while not compromising on the quality and colour of the liquor. We work towards giving you that consistent refreshing feeling with each cup of tea.
Green tea is one of the magical discoveries of our times. It is made from the same Camellia sinensis variants of the plant but are left unfermented and dried quickly by pan-firing and steaming to prevent too much oxidation and the brown colour.
